Orders Processing – Terms

 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation within minutes of placing your order. Your order number will be included. We encourage you to save or print your e-mail Order Confirmation for your records.

We will also e-mail you when your order ships and include tracking numbers so you will know exactly when to expect your order on your doorstep

Price of products

 

1.       All prices exclude applicable taxes (where applicable) , courier charges unless otherwise stated, Octroi Charges if    applicable for certain areas in India, shall be borne and paid extra by you to the customer.

2.       If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Web site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product, which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.

3.       KSM will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

Payment methods.                        

1.       The easiest and fastest way to make payments is via the online payment gateway provided either through Credit card or net banking.

2.       A customer can however choose to make payment through alternative means via a cheque,  Demand Draft .  All Cheques /Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of “KICK START MAGIC”.

3.       In case of payment  through CASH Deposit or via NEFT then please contact us and we shall provide you will the necessary details

4.        Once you deposit the payments through the alternative methods written above, then you shall be bound to send us an email with your complete shipping address with pincode and two telephone numbers (landline and Mobile). You should also mention the amount you deposited in our account, the product code and the method of payment (cash, cheque, bank transfer or Demand Draft).  We shall on receipt and being credit with the payment of the order send you a written confirmation of the order.

 

Delivery

  1. The customer shall be in receipt of the order within seven (7)  to 15 (fifteen)  days (sometimes even quicker) from the date of KSM receiving the confirmed order along with full complete payment for the price of the goods. 
  2. With respect to personalized labels, you shall be in receipt of your order within 15 (fifteen)  - 30 (thirty) days from the date of KSM receiving the confirmed order along with full complete payment for the labels ordered.
  3. With respect to other made to order items such as door knobs etc, the customer shall be in receipt of the order within 45 (forty five) - 60 (sixty)  days from the date of order subject to KSM receiving the confirmed order along with full complete payment for personalized items ordered.
  4. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labor disputes, postal/courier strikes, strikes, lock-outs, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
  5. We will deliver the product via a reputed courier agency at your doorstep on eh address provided whilst placing the order.
  6. Abundant caution and precautions are taking in packing the said products. All products are marked as FRAGILE to make sure they are handled with care.

Refund/Replacement/Cancelation

  1. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, KSM shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify KSM of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 24 (twenty Four)  hours of delivery of the goods
  2. We don't accept cancelation of order under any circumstances as most of our products are custom made. If you haven’t gone through the checkout process, you can delete any or all of your order. You can edit any of the orders by clicking on the Edit button in your shopping cart. If you've just placed your order and received your order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email  and we shall see what best we can help you.
  3. We don't offer any refunds if you wish to cancel an order.
